Something to do with tensing the pubococcygeus muscle, apparently exercising this enables you to delay ejaculation, but still be able to orgasm and then carry on where you left off. you can try kagle exercises, I heard that works. Also I hear masturbating and trying not to go over the top. Try to control the feeling for as long as you can without ejaculating :-)
