The meat comes to the store precooked in a large plastic bag. All the workers have to do is open the bag and throw it in a deep metal cylinder that heats and holds the meat. The little cinnamon twists are cool though. They come dehydrated like little bitty macaroni shells. They get tossed in hot grease and puff up.

Taco bell meat is now prepackaged in large plastic bags. It looks precooked too, so they just warm the stuff up and slop it into the taco shell.
They used to cook the ground beef a long time ago, back when the food tasted much better. Taco Bell completely sucks now.

My understanding is that Taco Bell has it's food cooked, etc. at one plant, and shipped in, frozen of course. It's supposed to be a great concept, but not many others do it. The recent Taco Bell onion/lettuce scare told how they prepare their food, but it mentioned real meat, not powder. Maybe you were in the wrong can of food, or the wrong restaurant. Whatever, that seems weird, so I think I'll do some research on this. Every now and then, I like to go in there, just to give them business, as they didn't do anything unhealthy for this most recent scare to ruin them..

What do you expect from a chain that tried to poison kids with a tarot card kids meal promotion back in 2002 using a show that is poisonous to kids?

I would never eat there again, not to mention that E-coli scare last year and then trying to blame a farm in Oxnard that makes Green Onions when it was the lettuce.
Seriously, I doubt that stuff is meat -- who knows what it is??

Raj Genie ??? or however you call yourself.
You ate the "meat" or the powder back when.
Now you eat the meat/powder but you do not believe that is "real" meat.
There is so much wrong here it can not be addressed on answers.
Please, see a professional or talk to your parents. You do not know yet, but you are about to crash.
