I believe Vincennes does.

If not, apartments are pretty cheap in town, maybe even cheaper than a dorm room would be.

In Indianapolis If you are accepted into IUPUI's Passport Program with Ivy Tech Community College you can live in housing on IUPUI's campus.

IUPUI stands for Indiana Univeristy - Purdure University, Indianapolis.
