No, I do not. There was a time (untill I was about 12 y old) when I did think that there was a 'supreme being' guarding us all. Now that I am 28, I know there is no such thing. I've read the bible (parts of it) and the koran (also parts), but reading Nietsche's work convinced me that humans are the ones that created God and not the other way around. As far as I know, religion is the poison of the world. The holy inquisition (who burned wiches and people who claimed the earth was round and stuff), along with crusades, the jihad and all the rest have brought us nothing but bad things. Don't even get me started on the (previous) pope, claiming that the use of condoms is a crime against God (nature), makes him one of the biggest mass murderers of all time. God is dead.

Yes, I believe in God. I completely believe that he is a loving heavenly father, who loves us very much, no matter what we do. I also believe that he gave us Jesus, the ultimate gift and sacrifice. He died so that all the things we do wrong, things that are against God, are forgiven. I believe that once a person accepts these truths, they will live forever in heaven.

As to why I believe this, I have no real answer, I just do. I have for ten years. One day, it was like my eyes opened wide and it all made sense to me.

It is good to ask questions like this. You are right, God gave us a brain to think and analyze. He does not expect us to accept things on blind faith.

All these words were all my own, from inside.

I believe in God and that there is a Higher Power, so to speak, but I don't follow a specific religion. I was raised Catholic, but it wasn't a religion I felt suited me, so I decided to pray, worship and love God on my own terms..... no strings attached in this aspect. God, for many people is an actual person, but God can also be just a voice or a vision that you don't see everyday and the way the vision appears is different every time. God is God, but there are different ways in which someone portrays their God.

Yes. I find no other way to explain the world around us. The chance of evolution working is so low that it could Never happen! All the natural laws of the world just work so well together that the presence of a God just makes such total and complete sense that I can not find any other way to explain it.

yes i do! people throughout the ages have been trying unsuccessfully to destroy the Bible and its followers. you can read history books to validate it :) i think it speaks strongly that there is a true God in spite of Satan's scheming ways to exterminate the truth.

all living things are so intricately designed too, which proves that there is a God :)
