I think it is best to change it up frequently. After one bottle is gone, try something completely different. Works best for me. I usually switch between high end shampoos and inexpensive brands.

That really just depends on your hair type. Some shampoos work best for thick hair, some work good for curly hair, some work good for thin hair. Unless you tell us what kind of hair you have, I don't know what to tell you :/

Stick to god old Panteen, it has everything your hair needs.
Everyone is going to have their own opinion, as are you.
You will have to try everything till you find what you like and works for you.
