yes, & i have to stop, i bring myself down all the time, im kill every inch of my self confidence, i really have to stop because there is no one to save me. i always bring myself down, but the problem is;; there is no one to save me, or no one who would try.

Not necessarily so someone would save me, but I have had times where I've just blown up at my husband and nagged with the
ME ME ME I I I YOU YOU YOU NEVER EVER EVER
crap until I said everything I could think of to say then felt like a big stupid idiot for saying it..

I did that once, but got far out that I almost wasn't able to make it back. That is a dangerous game to play and I learned my lesson and will never do something that stupid again.
