Good question. One I hadn't thought about until now actually. You know some book titles are obvious and can be traced back to a particular scene in the novel. But I can't remember that being the case here...you could try looking at the author's website or searching the web for author interviews to see if she's answered that question before. I'm sure she has a reason for choosing that title for it.
