One simple way is to go to My computer, Local disk, Documents and Settings, Click the account you want the favorites of, Copy the whole favorites folder to any place you like or open it and copy just the web-pages you like to save where ever you like.

Depending on your browser's configuration you can save your favorites as a file on you hard drive from there convert it into a text based file and print it. OR if you cant save it as a file on your hard disk I recommend copying each url into a word processing application.
