one of my best friends who i've known for half my life lets me experience life like none other. i want to thank her and get her something but nothing comes to mind. i want it to be really good and meaningful. thanking her is not enough. what could i do?

Take your time and write her a really meaningful letter. Those are the kinds of things that people tend to keep and treasure for their entire lives. It also shows your thanks more personally than something bought ever could do. Good luck with it!

Ok....first, give her a gift certificate for a restaurant...and make sure that you have something on there that says when she uses it, they have to give her ......whatever you want the next 'thing' to be...,.like a movie pass. Then, when she redeems the movie pass, they will give her whatever the NEXT item is....so it perpetuates until the 'end' and she recieves a special ......ring? necklace? picture? You get the idea. She gets a day or two she will never forget, and you feel great.

get her tickets and backstage passes to hr favorite concert or meet her fav author at a book signing, think about whats important to her then try to give it to her. If sh eloves animals arrange for you two to volunteer at your local zoo, be creative, anyone can buy something but going way out of your way that shows a lot of hard work on your end

Why not do a pamper day for her. Massages are wonderful and relaxing. You can go to an all day place or just for a few hours to treat her like a queen. Why not go with her for a girls day out of fun!

a gift certificate or taking her to a womens day spa and spending it relaxing together is great, along with some wine. it will be a day that she will always remember, pampered, relaxed, and deserving
