it will no longer scroll pages.... its only 2 weeks old; never dropped. works otherwise.
any suggestions...?

I would change the batteries.
If that doesn't work check your warranty on the mouse. Return it to the store you bought it from and get a diffrent mouse or replace it for a new one.
The mouse is most likely broken.
if your mouse was any older or if it happens to not have a warranty then I would say do surgery and clean the rubber scroller out.
I've had one that got greese or oil between the rubber and the plastic wheel benith it so the scroll wheel just slipped around. This probally is not the case for you.

Change the batteries. Maybe the batteries were bad when you purchased them.

Bring it into the store that you bought it at and exchange it for a brand new one.
