I don't want to have a party. I would like to take a trip for the weekend and do something fun. But, my birthday is towards the end of February, and I don't know what to do. If I can't go out of town for the weekend, I would like to do something fun and out of the ordinary.

Do it as the Queen of England does. (Why not, as you call yourself princess?) Her birthday is in a usually rainy season, so she has an official celebration of her birthday a bit later, when the weather should be fine.
You too can have your weekend trip later than in February and still call it your birthday celebration.
