here in PA, it's warm and it should be snowing and i guess in washington buds on trees are blooming or something? is this normal? or is it because of the El Nino thing or whatever

It's normal for there to be extreme weather events. Think of it this way: if the weather was always the same, e.g. always cold and snowy in winter and always hot in the summer, you'd think something weird was going on too.

When the east is warm, the west is usually cold, and vice versa.
And finally, El Nino years tend to deliver mild winters for the eastern half of the US.

It's Global Warming!! The El Nino thing is affected by Global Warming too!!! As well as the frequency of crazy weather changes!!! Read up on Global Warming because it's real and it's here and it's only going to get worse because people are more concerned with why Britney has no panties on!!! I don't know what Wisdom Cube is smoking but the majority of scientists say it's GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!

El Nino. Warmer than normal winter there, colder than normal winter in the Middle East. These are characteristic effects of El Nino. Even though it occurs down by Peru, it does effect the entire globe. It's supposed to be ending sooner than first expected, so we may get walloped this winter still.

Yeah, the weather is screwy. I think it probably does have to do with the whole global warming thing, but until today, I have had nothing to complain about.
It is raining really hard out right now, and it supposed to get down in the 20's. I hate being cold, and I hate driving in the snow and sleet and freezing rain.
Especially hate buying oil for heat, breaks my bank.

In GA it's warm and cold at the same time we have tornadoes so it's probably normal
