well i was in the 5th grade when i got so i was about your grade... now im 16 and i have a sister who is 12 she asks questions all the time so i think i can help. when i was in 5th grade i got really bad cramps which cramps are a good sign that you are getting your period. your tummy hurts below you belly button and some people may get cramps so bad that they cant walk and some people might not get them at all. the white discharge is normal i still get it even tho i have my period but if you get heavy discharge you might want to start wearing panty linears so that you are more comfotable wearing them also then when you have your period your more use to them. if you get cramps normally you might get your period with in a month if not earlier you cant really tell when you first period will be. some people dont get their period until they are in highschool. but dont worry your ok everything will be fine and maybe talk to your mom or grandma or some adult that you can talk to about anything. i remeber the first time i got my period i was at my dads and my mom was out of town so i called her cuz i didnt know what was going on i thought that maybe i cut myself but then i had to have my dad go to the store and get me pads. he was really neverous and saw his friend and asked her what to do it was funny but i promise it will be ok. i hope i helped you and dont be scared.

This is completely normal. Clear discharge is used by your body to clean itself out. If you really hate it, use panty liners. Once you do start your period, you will probably get it a lot after your period and around ovulation time. :) It's just part of being a girl. You'll get used to it.

I have the exact same thing. It's not a huge deal, but tell your doctor about i anyway. It may be a yeast infection, or an overgrowth of the healthy bacteria in your vagina. it's nothing to worry about. most likely it will continue throughout your life if you do not consult a doctor.

it sounds normal. but ask your mom or doctor. pantyliners are a good idea to absorb it so you wont feel sticky. this may be the beginning of hormonal changes before you get your period. you're about the right age for that.
