You don't have to venture into the women's section to buy them. I do know they sell men pants which are skinny and straight legs. Many rock stars wear them [I recently saw them on the guys from 30 Seconds to Mars and Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day], yet, I'm not quite sure where you would purchase these. I would have to think an up and stylish store for guys would carry such pants.
But if you really don't want to search for men straight leg pants, you could just venture into the women's section.

are you buying this for yourself? emo skinny pants are not for men and they are definately not for women, go buy some baggy pants instead its much better then skinny jeans

you don't need to go out and buy those tight pants, you can just gain 50 pounds and al your pants you own now will be tight.
