When idiot North American companies think they can import Japanese Anime intended for adults and turn it into kiddy dribble they are screwing with their own heads. Naruto is NOT meant for children no matter how much they alter the dialog. If I had kids I would honestly not let them watch it. Its just not meant for kids, plain and simple.

I don't think so. Naruto does not only show fights and killing (although majority...) but also it has moral lessons to teach like on how to keep on trying and trying in amidst of crisis and also to treasure all the friends and loveones around you.
I've been watching Naruto for years and i dont see any signs of bad influence which may pollute the mind of the viewers, esp. the kids. In fact, i always get excited whenever i watch Naruto esp. when the episode continues on the following day! Lol.

I wouldn't think so, there's worse stuff on TV. I'd say the only real way they think it's really bad is if they're the stereotype super-religious "the outside world is evil" type
But needless to say it does have blood and stuff in it too. Though there's a lot of stuff with that kind of thing on TV these days.It still may be something parents don't want young children watching.

Some parents will do think Naruto is bad since there are some violence that are not good for children without supervision of any adult.
But in my case, they allow me to watch even without supervision since I was not yet a teenager. And they even watch Naruto with me sometimes.

My dad makes fun of that show every time it comes on. He makes fun of the ninja techniques and how they are done. When he saw the lightning blade technique, he tried to imitate Rock Lee's sensei's voice and he said, "The 10,000 birds technique! It was once used to cut a blade of lightning in half. Thus it was nicknamed 'The Lightning Blade'." My dad also made fun of the episode where Rock Lee got knocked out by Gaara and then was still able to stand up and fight. My dad mostly makes fun of the stuff that Rock Lee's sensei says.

Well my parents don't really care that much but my dad makes fun of it. He calls Naruto not-a-toe which really bothers me. He also kept saying kazekage when he was mentioned on the show.

I am not a parent, but I have a 7yr old bro who watches it. My mom lets him watch it, and she evens watches it with him sometimes. She think it's stupid...just another cartoon. I saw it one time with my bro and I even think it's stupid...in the english toonami version anyway. So, there's your answer, it's No.

I'm not a parent, but I think most anime is insipid. Naruto has to be even more annoying than Yu-Gi-Oh. At least Yu-Gi-Oh had rules.

well my parents dont think its bad and im pretty sure naruto isnt that bad i mean really, if it was bad then theyed put it on adult swim or something.
