World War 2
Treaty of Versailles was created by Britain and the winning nations of World War 1. This treaty put harsh conditions on Germany by taking away 13% of their land, this also meant some their finest resources, some of their population, and other things which brought loss to Germany. Adolf Hitler was a soldier or messenger during the world war 1 battle. He wanted to re-store Germany's military glory. As elections came near, Adolf Hitler become not only the leader of Germany but a dictator of every German, he forced the youth and the old age to overcome the Great Depression by giving everyone a job to do (by the way, the Great Depression hit harder in Germany then it did in Canada). He forced the youth to become a Nazi (a soldier who worships or works for Hitler - they would help with the community, they were basically like police officer except they were forced to listen and obey Hitler.) Those who would not obey Hitler were taken away into a building and were never seen again, probably were shot and buried. Hitler has been against Jews and every other Non-German or Non-Aryan (the master race). Hitler build a large army and planned to take back the land they have lost and take control of the world. At least he thought that until he commit suicide when he was surrounded by the Russian/British army one day when World War II ended.

I hope this helps youu i am not good at explaining...is this stuff clear? =P

The long term plan was to gain space in the east, as Germany had one of the highest population densities with the fewest of resources at the time.

Germany also felt slighted by other Empires, such as England, France or even the US.

Their goal was to establish a land-bound European empire, mostly by taking land from the Russians.

In order to do so, they had to do away with Poland. And reunify East Prussia with the rest of Germany.

So when Germany attacked Poland, they didn't honestly expect to launch WW2. They were still in their preparation phase and thought they could get away with it, just as they got away with taking Austria and Czechoslovakia before.

They were SHOCKED when France and England declared war two days later. The nonaggression pact with Russia was supposed to deter the allies, after Italy wussed out.

GERMANY didnt start anything mate - Adolf Hitler did (who wasnt even german or blue eyed - he even had black hair lol)
the reason he did it (as far as i am aware) was coz he didnt like Jewish fellas none too much and decided they should all be killed - he believed they were white people with blood poisoning due to inter racial relationships - which he was dead against!
thats about as much as i know about it really - he actually wrote a book called the mein kampf - it tells all about his theories and ways of thinking - you should read it sometime - its very interesting!!!!!!!!! natuarally do take what he said with a pinch of salt - or you will end up as mad as he was lol
Some folk today even read it like a bible to life (nf, c18 etc) but these folk are biggotted freaks - and you dont wanna be a racist do ya? lol
good luck on your research matey - have fun!
