Well, they would have to last as long as Stu made them last. If they tapped out (five minutes is a good guess, I think) Stu would've said: "Show some discipline!". In "Wrestling with Shadows", you can hear a tape on which someone who disrespected wrestling was taken in a submission hold, and he screamed like hell, and Stu repeated saying "Show some discipline!". One of the Hart brothers taped it, because this man really screamed like hell.

5 seconds 2 get in the door, 2 minutes of stretching, 5 seconds 2 get put in a submission, 10 seconds 4 them 2 tap out. 10 minutes waiting 4 the ambulance 2 take them 2 the hospital.
