everytime a web page is displayed on my computer?

it looks like some where on the page , i'm getting an error message page with the rest of the content on the page. it says page cant be displayed but theres other content display. it may only be a small corner or something. how can i adjust this.

I have no idea how to fix that.Contact the computer computer they will help you fix that problem.
