fell at a theme park because the ground was wet about 3 weeks ago. The top off my foot hit very hard on the ride while getting out. The nurse looked at it from a distance and gave me an icepack and some Advil. My foot still hurts to touch but not so much to walk on and there is a visual lump at the top of my foot between my ankle and big toe, Is it possible I dislocated it?

Sounds like you could have what is called a Lis Franc's fracture. It is painful to walk on but you CAN still walk on it. Even a hairline fracture is possible. Advised to see a Podiatrist other than your PCP if possible for the correct diagnosis. Definitely could use an xray to be certain. Try stabilizing with an ACE bandage if you have one until this appt. Do not wait to be seen if possible. Good Luck.

It's usually pretty hard to dislocate a foot, either it's broken, which I doubt it is, because you would be in so much pain, and usually if you can't move your foot it's broken so rule that out, to me sounds like you have a sprained ankle...give it a week or so and if it's still sore my advice would be to go back to the doctor.

If it is disslocated then you cannot walk on it alot. Your leg from what you are saying is very swolen. It is not dislocated cause you can walk on it.
