Yes. If the baby is cooperating. I found out at 17 weeks that I was having a girl and then I confirmed it at 25 weeks with a 4-D u/s. GOOD LUCK!

With my first baby I found out at 16 weeks that I was having a boy. With this pregnancy I didn't find out till 19 weeks. I had a sonogram at 16 weeks but they said they couldn't quite tell the sex. It just depends on the baby, the position and the tech. It's possible but don't be suprised if they tell you they can't tell or aren't sure. Good luck!

I had my ultrasound at 18 weeks and found out I was having a girl. I don't think 1 week would make a difference in finding out. As long as the baby is in a position to see of course! Good luck!

My doc told me sometimes you can find out as early as 15 weeks. It all depends on how developed the baby is and how its positioned. I didn't find out I was having a girl until 22 weeks though.

Don't listen to the idiot at the top.

Yes, you can. From about 16 weeks on the sex organs are identifiable on an ultrasound. Now, if the baby will let you see or not is another subject!
