kelly clarkson, without a doubt... seems the longer the show goes on, the less talented the finalists are. taylor hicks is an idiot, katharine mcphee has no soul... carrie underwood has done really well at country, but betrayed every pop fan that voted for her... ruben and fantasia are SO over... and clay is just a nasty, pretentious, unappreciative man who continues to sabotage his career by being nasty to fans. i have met most of the idols (i'm a music journalist). clay was arrogant, kelly was delightful, carrie was pretty dim-witted (no personality)... chris daughtry was great, a real star...
