you can buy many places like a film studio, kaufman cabs, the print works, malibu club, cherry poppers, sunshine autos, boat yard, pole position, and many safe houses. Go to "http://www.gtaunderground.com/ViceCity/maps/vcfsmap.jpg" for a nice map with the exact location of each asset, it really helped me.

the strip club 30k i think that how much it is near the amunation shop, malibu club about 120k, and the shack near the biker missions ontop of the building, and a few hotels, a house in the ghetto side.

theres a lot more. Theres a strip club, print company, bunch of houses, porn company, airfield out in desert. maybe couple other things been awhile since i beat it. If you look at stat menu it tells you how many building you have out of how many there are.
like 6/29.
