The noble gases, on the far fight of the periodic table. There outer most valence shell is full at 8.
The noble gases are the elements in group 18 (Group 0 IUPAC Style) of the periodic table. They are the most stable due to having the maximum number of valence electrons their outer shell can hold. Therefore, they rarely react with other elements since they are already stable. Other characteristics of the noble gases are that they all conduct electricity, fluoresce, are odorless and colorless, and are used in many conditions when a stable element is needed to maintain a safe and constant environment.

the noble gases are the least reactive elements in the peroidic table. this is because they have 8 valence electrons- the most stable electron configuration. the noble gases are located on the far right of the periodic table, beginning with He, and ending with Rn.

That would have to be the noble gases on the far-right of the periodic table. They don't share any electrons.
