The total lenght is 5.5", i want this to be more you know, i heard that pills are not actually effective in some ways but is there any?

size doesnt ever matter. its how you use it... stop worrying about how big or small it is, and start pleasing the one your with.

Seriously, no. Some of the pills that get sold for this purpose are actually harmful - mess up your digestion. Size. Does. Not. Matter. Get over it.
