It's never too late...Do some research on your local "select" teams and when they hold tryouts. Many of the best have profesional trainers. Ask your high school coach who he reccommends...Indoor can also help, it is very fast-paced.

Attend as many skill camps as you can afford...see if the coach can loan you some videos, and finally, you can learn a lot from watching soccer on tv...

Practice what you learn everyday...even if you are not good enough to get a scholarship or play in college as a freshman, keep working hard...you can always walk-on and if they like you they will find a scholarship for you.

Good luck...Remember, play with heart and you can succeed.

Alot of players I know, start off either in goals, or in defense. Then you can analyze the game and watch how tough other positions are, and the skills required to perform there.
You don't need to juggle to be a good soccer player. Just get your passing accurate and tackling and ball control perfect.
A great position I think you should go for is the wings its great for athletic players like yourself. Join your school soccer team to gain match fitness. And learn some good tactics.

To really be able to balance the ball well on your feet try juggling the ball with your feet while walking and then by jogging. If you can do this, then u will be able to stop any pass given to you by your feet and also be able to pass people up without letting the ball touch the ground. This translates into real skill on the soccer field

Well you can practice about 1 hour a night or so. Going to skills camps will improve your ball control and you can learn a lot . Good luck :)
