Tool is a good band, but I wouldn't say they're the best

you really can't quite label a band with being the best band in the world. they certainly are really talented. they have been putting out records for a long time and have gained a great following. their drummer, Danny Carey, has a Doctorate Degree on Drumming. so in my opinion they are a great band and i have all their records all the way back to toolshed and opiate, but its hard to label any band as the best band in the world.

Not really. They are a good band, but there are much greater bands. They might be your favorite band, though, and no one can argue with that.
