I'd want to see a computerized version of before and after on a body as you described. I'd keep the 36" around and maybe go for a C or CC cup.

It depends on what size you are aiming for? If you want to be a D, I wouldn't think you need more than 270 - 330cc. With 375cc, you could end up being closer to a DD.
