There are tons of ancient statues/ paintings from the ancient world that we have that show what people looked like. Modern populations are not ancient populations. Unless a population of humans is cut off on a island or something it mixes over time with other populations and in 500 years (or less) it's appearance changes. This doesn't much change the populations dna. The % of genes responsible for appearance things like hair color are only 1/10 of 1% (so like .001). The famous mosaic of Greek Alexander done at Roman Pompeii, shows him with hair streaked with blond. Northern Celts settled the entire Roman Po valley. The 'Dorian's' of 1200BC who helped make Greek civilization after 800BC came from the north, as did the earlier Hittites, and Hurrians of the Mideast. The Celts of Roman Spain were the same as those of Gaul. The Romans in the 2nd century AD (100'sAD) even allowed Gaulish and British Celts in mass into the Roman Senate. There are no real barriers between north/ central/ east Europe and Italy and Greece and the north Mideast, so there was mixture. I don't think anyone says blond/ light eyed people predominated in the Greek/ Roman Empires (Aristotle's comment is a good clue of this), but they were of course known and from their art/ depictions the population was varied in hair/ eye color/ features, even if dark hair/ dark eyes predominated. Personally when I look at Roman/ Greek statues etc. I don't think they look like existing Greek/ Italian populations, or existing north European populations...but after 1500-2500 years should we expect them to?

That question is impossible to answer accurately.
Each group, in their prime, to various degrees "stole" or "copied" concepts from the others.
Egypt was advance at a time when others were not.
But Americans love to say democracy is traced back to the Greeks.
The Romans copied the Greeks' democracy until they started having dictators/emperors. And did some building that other civilizations could not copy until the mid 1700's. Like Roman villas had hot water underground to heat their floors. At a time, most cities had populations in the thousands, Rome had 1,000,000 people and water can in from miles away. Rome discovered a way to make concrete which could be poured underwater to make ports and increase shipping.

that's hard to say because the three of them co-existed in different fashions.
The Egypotians were the first real Engineers and since Egypt was in constant trade with early Greece, ideas were spread back and forth. There is even one reference to an akaloid battery from the Egyptian scientists.
Greece co-existed with the Romans and again ideas were traded back and forth from literature to arts to tactics.
And all three had claims to the Mediterranean Sea. But if I had to pick one, I'd say the Romans had the best record keeping tactics that are still used today, as erll as governing body and state taxes. The Romans were experts at taking other cultures and absorbing them so much that one believed they were roman instead of that other culture.

Alot was learnt from the Egytpians, and they had a huge impact on the world.
I feel Greeks would come next.
With the Romans that followed, only that writing scriptures and even religion influences has seen this culture get all the glory.

All three.
Greece was highly influenced by Egypt. Rome borrowed most of their myths and philosophies from the Greeks and as well other Archaic European cultures. So to say that either one of these cultures had a bigger impact on us than the others would be completely disregarding how much impact each of these cultures had on the other.
In my opinion, all of these cultures had many aspects that have been forgotten and/or buried, that modern culture desperately needs to rediscover.

Probably Rome and Greeks. Many of our modern english words come from Greek words, and as another person said the aquaduct etc (including sewers and plumbing etc) came from the Greeks and Romans.
