No she is not a man. The rumor states that she made that announcement on Oprah a while back. Ciara has never even been on Oprah. This rumor has been going around for a while now. You'd think people would do a little more research.

I do not think so, but on Oprah Ciara's mom admitted to the whole word -including ciara- that Ciara was born with a boy's private part.

That is so mean lol People started spreading out these rumors as soon as she first came out with her first hit but no she is NOT. She was actually on MTV when she responded to some of the rumors that were going around about her. But, to answer your question..no she is not!

My friends and I were talking about this a while ago...
they said Ciara was born with both girl and guy parts, but her parents wanted her to be a girl so they told the doctor to remove the guy parts.
