I've been on birth control pill for years and I got off of it during my last menstral period. That was beginning of Dec. I did have unprotected sex a week after my period. Last couple days, I've been having weird symptoms. I noticed: sentivity to smell, indigestion, mild heartburn, lower abdominal cramping, light brown spotting for 2-3 days, little repulsive toward food that I usually liked to eat (but not nausea), craving for chocolate, get hungry faster, feeling cold most of the day, night sweat for couple nights...also some food tasted weird (sour)
So I took 3 HPT and I got VERY faint + sign. I showed it to my bf and he said that he could barely see the sign. Next day, I went to the dr, did the urine test, came out negative. Dr did internal exam and STD testings...all came out normal. I also got my blood work done and I am getting the result tomorrow. Could I be pregnant even though the Urine testing at dr's office came out negative?

I asked the same question on here a few weeks ago, minus the doctor visit. A woman's due date is determined by assuming that she got pregnant 14 days after the day her last period started (so like a week after blood phase).. so if you had sex then that's a high pregnancy risk. I have heard that Dr's tests are just as acurate or less as home tests. Also, the only way the line can show is if you have the pregnant hormone... if the line is faint then the hormone is there. The best advice i got was to take the test in mid-morning, using the second urine of the day. That and try not to drink water the night before.

You could be... Doctors/pregnancy tests and intuïtion have been wrong before though. The simptoms you describe pretty much tell me you are expecting. My wife had the same ones before our miscareage... My advice is you buy two or three different brand home pregnancy tests and try those. Whatever you decide to do as a next step; I wish you the best of luck...

If the Doc said you are not then you are not pregnant
