The best PCI card you can get is this Radeon X1300 256mb.

It's not very good by today's standards, but it's the best that's available for PCI, and you will get playable frame rates on WoW with it.

The back panel of the card will have to be replaced since it's designed for slim cases, but they include the extra panel for normal cases, so all you need is a screwdriver to attach the correct one.

The Radeon X1300 is the best PCI card available, and even it is near the low end of the video card spectrum. It will work with what you have though. Please don't listen to anyone who tells you something like a GeForce FX5500 or 6200, those are very low end cards and will not give you the performance you are looking for.

You mean PCI not AGP or PCI-E. No PCI card can run smoothly maybe if you put everything on very low.

The best PCI cards are crap compared to low end AGP or PCI-E

If your talking about AGP or PCI-E then lots of cards almost any recent Ge force or Radeon will be more then enough.
