I like the concept of a food totem pole. I'd put the hamburger colse to the top, but only if it was a White Castle.

I guess because hamburgers are on the lower end of the totem pole...in the way of food

People who flip burgers aren't Chefs. Those people are cooks. The title "Chef" is exactly that. It's a title and one that should be respected. It's the person that is in charge of the kitchen.
