I think W-Phillips is as good as he was at City unfortunately he's not getting enough games so he can improve. The other thing is that Chelsea is not like Man U or Arsenal whereby coaches take their time to make players get into the game.
Chelsea is a team where they'd like to see you come and deliver whatever they bought you for... That's why it's not easy for him but I believe if they are patiant they'll get whatever they expect.
Thanx!

No. SWP should be playing first team football, irregularless whether he is in Chelsea or other clubs. It is no point being a benchwarmer while his career is on hold. He is supposed to be an England international, and staying in Chelsea, being a benchwarmer, is not going to help him. If he is in for the money and stay in Chelsea, then I don't see him able to make it to the England team. As his salary is higher than most clubs, there are not many football clubs who can afford him. So he needs to lower his salary if he wants to play first team football and earn himself playing for England as well.

depends on whether you support chelsea or are a fan of fair play
they only ever signed him sot hat nobody else would, they have not helped him to improve by letting him sit in the reserves or even worse on the bench all the time
i reckon he should leave if he wants his career back on track BUT if he is happy earning the money they want to throw at him (more than anyone else will pay him) then he's better off staying - just depends on his ambition and what he wants out of life - who is anyone else to comment on that?

No, he should leave and go play on a team that he could benefit getting proper playing time at. This will help the team as well as improve his chances of getting more regular play for England. His talent is being squandered. But that's what happens when you go to a team for money.

Yes, of course!!! Chelsea is rich enough to hold on to every single one of their players. I love all the players now, and I don't want them to transfer anyone out. And you know they should do next, buy Lukas Podolski off from Bayern Munich. He deserves better than that!

He's no use to them except as a junior member of a big squad. He should get out and go where he can play regularly. Otherwise goodbye, England chances.
