DONT LET IT HAPPEND AGAIN
HE SINCE HE IS ADOPTED WANTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND THAT IS NOT HEALTHY.

If you are under the age of 18, tell an adult. If you are over 18, a good pop to the head might make him reconsider ever approaching you again.

Let him know that you are still family and that he had better back off. He could get dangerous to be around. He somehow thinks he has a right to accost you.
I would call a meeting with him and his parents and confront him.
If that didn't work, I would file a harassment charge and get a peace bond.
Stay away from him.....

You tell him you do not care where he is from that you do not fancy him as a boyfriend and to keep his hands to himself or you will be telling your parents and he can deal with that. and do not allow him to touch you if you do not want him to, You have this right as any woman has

Tell your parents or his parents so that he will stop especially if you are uncomfortable. Either way you look at it that is gross!!!
