In regards to my first question, I didn't want anyone but myself to gain access to the net or be able 2 use it

My son downloads a lotta sites etc, he doesn't download offensive material or anything but the speed of the computer is gradually slowing down and I want to have it so that I am the only person who can get past the wallpaper, Need advice, thanks!!!!!!

well, just put a password on your user account and don't tell him what it is (also don't pick something really obvious as kids can be deviously clever)
