My sister will be due any day and if I go through with her decision and support her how will I know which doctor will provide her the best care at our local hopsital? Is there a way to check in advance?

Usually, her OB/GYN will deliver the baby (or one in her practice if there are a few). Otherwise, it will be whoever the on-call OB/GYN is at the hospital. She won't really have a choice in that case.

Hope this helps! =)

Doesn't she have an ob/gyn she's been seeing throughout her pregnancy for prenatal care? That should be the doc that delivers the baby.

You could take a free report here http://www.ucomparehealthcare.com/drs/obstetricians_and_gynecologists/ and compare the qualifications of the doctors in question.

HI, ASK HER (DR) THAT SHE HAS BEEN SEEING.
