depends if the bird is sitting or flying, but is a typical sign of change, without more info, what kind of change i cannot specify

Really not much. There are more black or light blackish bird around to make it more possible to see them in the dream as well.

Good question. For some reason, when I think of a black bird, I think of darkness and a graveyard, possibly death. Maybe something bad is going to happen to you in the future, or maybe it already has happened and your subconscious mind keeps on thinking about it.
