I am a collector and a sewing machine technician. I can tell you this is a pretty common machine and not worth very much. In the 1920's, 30's, 40s almost every household had a sewing machine. You could not just get clothes anywhere cheap like you can now. Yours is one of those machines, pretty common. These machines are only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. But if its nice and works then use it. I'm just saying don't expect too much. Good luck.

the Smithsonian has trade literature for sewing machines on their site. You might luck out and find a digital copy of the owner's manual for it there.
