The only reason I even consider the tummy tuck is because I've had a c-section and the place where they cut me is a little bit flabby from the surgery.

Go for the car. Dont risk the surgery. There can be complications that far out weigh the little bit of loose skin. Your health is more important, go for the CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, LOL.
