Now if you were having intercourse, well, yeh, you could be.

Were you grinding with or without clothes (or underwear) on? With clothes on, it is very unlikely that you can become pregnant.
If you were grinding naked, do not be misled- when sperm meets labia, all bets are off. You need not have engaged in the physical act of intercourse to become pregnant. It is a common misconception.
However, becuase you were on your period, there is a very slim chance that you could become pregnant. There is an increased risk for young women who are not on birth control vs more mature women to become pregnant while on their period. While it doesn't happen often, it is becuase young girls cycles are not always established and every 28 days.
In your situation, I would say no, you are not likely pregnant. However, in the future be sure to use appropriate contraceptive measures for both pregnancy and STDs... those can be passed at any time.

If you had sex with a guy while you were having your period you will not get pregnant. You have to be ovulating to become pregnant and ovulation occurs 12 to 13 days prior to your period.

if he ejaculated on you at all anywhere near or on your vagina it is possible for sperm to be carried in just a little bit of fluids.
If you were wet and his semen touched your fluids they have the ability to swin to your cervix and get you pregnant.
Just because you were on your period does not mean you can't get pregnant.
