Yes you can miss two periods in a row and still not be pregnant. However this is not normal. Take a home PG test and see. Either way you should make an appointment to see your GYN since missing periods without being pregnant is not normal and if you are then you will need to see the doctor anyway. Good luck!

Well do you have any other reason to believe you might be pregnant? Sometimes I miss my period because of stress, I also gain a lot of weight when I get stressed out (I can go from 150-200 in between periods and then back down in another 3 months) That stress on my body usually causes me to miss my period. If you are on birth control pills are you taking the pills correctly? Using only 3 weeks worth of the pills and then starting over at the 1st week again will cause you to miss your period.

Then again you could be pregnant! Take a test if you have missed 2 periods you would most likely be about 3 months pregnant and the results should show on a test by now. If the test comes up negative though go to a doctor, it could be something far more serious causing you to miss your period.

Most likely if you are otherwise healthy yes you are pregnant.

When I was younger I had very irregular periods and was never pregnant. I even skipped 3 periods in a row.

If you are under stress or on an unhealthy diet or exercising a whole lot, that may be the reason you are missing perions.

If everything in your life is as normal as it has always been you are probably pregnant.

EITHER WAY, TAKE A TEST It will give you proper results by now.

See a doctor because even if the test says negative you need to be checked out, if it's positive, you need a checkup right away to be sure everything is ok.

Oh ALSO
my friends has the depo-shot for birth control and they never had a period the whole time they were on it.

Yes, you could very possibly be pregnant, if, of course, you are sexually active and have either not used contraception or used it incorrectly (whether knowingly or unknowingly).

Have you lost weight? Exercising heavily? Under a lot of stress? If so, any of these could delay or do away with your period for a time.

I think your best bet would be to go to the grocery store or drug store and get a few pregnancy tests. I know for me not having to worry is far better than playing the, "What if," game. If you test negative twice or three time on the urine dip sticks, you may want to consider making an appointment with your primary care physician or OB/GYN to discuss what is going on, as well.

Best wishes

If your periods are regular, then yes, unless there is another reason for you not having periods, like very low weight. If your periods are irregular, then you might or might not be pregnant. I went 3 months without period once and there are many women who had even longer breaks. You should take the pregnancy test. If it's positive, see your doctor about prenatal care and check-ups. If it's negative, you still need to see your doctor about figuring out why you don't have period and whether you need to be treated (which might not be necessary, unless you are conceiving).

You COULD be pregnant, yes... you could also just be missing periods due to some physical reason like being sick, not eating enough or working out too much... there are many factors that can change the way your body works - including whether or not you have your period, how long and when...

maybe it could be other factors too stress coming off of birth control or starting a new contraceptive I would take a test to be sure if it is negative then you can talk to you're doctor or clinic they can give you a hormone to cause the menstration process.
