I think the straight run of females would produce more eggs. I think that is what raising chickens is about.

From experence cornish-rocks are fairly placid & not too prone to fight. Unlikly to be any worse with any of the sex ratio options. But Dont mix them with layer pullets - the more active layer will canablize the slow broiler breds.
Now my question: where can you get sexed broilers? - Ive only ever seen them sold strait run.

PS: to those who dont know strait run means strait as they run outta the egg, no sorting by sex at all (probably 50/50 or nearly so).....

I assmue you are raising them for meat birds and are going to kill them and eat them. If this is the case you can raise all males with no issues.
You only have them 6-7 weeks before you slaughter them and they are not going to fight. All the meat birds do is eat and poop.
I know people who have more than one rooster and they are fine if they are raised together.
Meat birds are not kept long enough for them to fully mature sexually so it won't make a difference. Many people rasie all males as they get bigger faster.

I think they'll kill each other!! There can only be one Rooster in the flock and if they are all Roosters they surely won't get along.
