how much does it cost to send an email from a cingular phone?

To send from a Cingular phone, u have to have a messaging bundle that includes internet. Without the internet you can only send and receive texts but not email. You can find all the info u need if you go to www.cingular.com.

well if you have texting you can text to an email for free or if not its like 10 cents
