I am 21 and I've been sexually active since I was 16. I have not acheived an orgasm yet. I have tried everything from textured condoms, to "special creams", to "rings". I just bought a very elaborate toy, in which the clerk said it would probably do the trick. All it did was make my legs jerk in discomfort. I couldn't tell if I was in incredible discomfort or pleasure. But I stopped it because it got too intense. I'm not even sure I know how to even have an orgasm.....because I cannot tell one sensation from another. Will I ever have one? And can someone please tell me what I can do....because I've tried EVERYTHING!
And please, ladies, don't tell me about how you get great orgasms and how great they are. I tend to get a little jealous and frustrated when women brag about it.

You need to make sure that you are completely aroused before attempting sex or to mastrabate. that will eliminate the discomfort and cause you much pleasure. I could never have one either until I started making love to my fiancee and for some reason it just worked with him.

That leg jerk might be your orgasm. Different woman experience different orgasms.
I experienced that for awhile too where it'd build and build and then all you'd get were leg spasms. Mine got better though, I'm sure yours will to. It could also be your outlook? If you're walking into it like "This is never going to work", then it probably won't. I understand your frustration but this is supposed to be something fun and enjoyable!
A tip that I do is when I can feel it building, the moment before I hold my breath. When you exhale it seems to intensify it even more. Good luck!

i don't get orgasms very often and i've been sexually active since i was 20 (23 now). I think it's more of how you know what turns you on more. also (at least with me) it has to do with your mind. if you have a lot on your mind you aren't going to be turn on there. also try underwater. that opens up a lot more and it's not as painful to do.

I just read about it. I don't know if it is true scene I booted my ex. so can't try. When you're doing it doggy have those electric pads at the base of your spine. I am not sure if it works, but I think you should find it on-line under sex disorders. I believe there is also a spinal in-plant.

Keep it simple honey. Don't worry about it. Sex is about a Man & his needs to relaese semen. you need to learn that. Rather than complaining about something that is secondary, focus on your man's pleasure ; you should achieve the emotional fulfillment you crave by practicing what is or should be natural for a female ; pleasing the Man. Now, Take care of it li'l girl....
