It's a phishing scam designed to try to get some personal information from you, or possibly even some money.
Don't fall for any of these things -- none of them are legit.

If you are new to the web, never ever give any information to anyone who seeks you out. There are 1000 people trying to scam you for every one legitimate offer, if not more.
You will never, ever win anything online from anybody, ever, who reaches out to you to tell you.
There really are no free offers online, be very careful.
