I would have to disagree that America's best are going to Iraq. But that also depends on how you define best.

While it might make initial sense to send killers and pedophiles to war, it becomes obvious that those individuals are least likely to adhere to the terms of the Geneva Convention. This would only exacerbate the problem in that region and further portray this country's policies as being insensitive.
