You are just what the government wants. You just see what they want you to see, they want you to think that this war is the main issue, but really theres a whole other world going on. Politicans are dirty, I say we clean em.

Yes. We are not told about the success we are having there. All we hear are terms like "failure", "quagmire", and "mistake". We are not hearing how their economy has improved. We do not hear how their education system has dramatically improved. And we do not hear how much better off Iraqis are since the US liberated them.

All we hear is that nothing is going right; everything is going wrong and that is just not true. Granted, it's far from perfect and things could have been handled better on the ground, but liberating a country and dealing with something as unpredictable as terrorism does not have a cut-and-dry solution. In fact, more people are dying every day in California than in Iraq. Look at the numbers some time and you will see that things are NOT as bad as we are told.

Ignore the morons who say it's about oil. The US has not benefited one iota from Iraqi oil. Remember how expensive oil and gas were in the past year? That flies in the face of that kind of logic.

Yeah. There's a lot more to it than we've been told. Like why we went to war in the first place. As the reasons keep changing it's obvious that the real one hasn't been revealed yet. Why the WH is using the term terrorism to describe all of the factions in Iraq instead of admitting that they are simply groups of fighters who rightfully want us off their land and out of their country. Why we haven't engaged in talks with Syria or Iran is another big black box. Come to think of it, we've hardly been told anythng.

The whole thing is about SAND.
Only an idiot would think it was about oil. We will never get a single drop of free oil from Iraq, or anywhere else.

IF IT WAS ABOUT OIL, GASOLINE WOULD BE ABOUT 60 cents a gallon.
