most women have some trouble with belly fat. my problem is I have never had it until this year. I have been somewhat lazy for the past few months. I am so tired from working and school I just dont feel I have time for exercise. Two nights a week I do 30 minutes of exercise, i know thats not enough and I want to change that. I have stopped drinking pop and I just wanted to know what can I do to burn a lot of stomach fat. I just need to lose like 5 or 10 pounds. I dont look bad but I hate the way I fit into jeans. I wear 10/11's and those are always comfortable. Now they are not so comfy. When i sit my belly is a little pudge over them. it doesnt bother my fiancee but it bothers me and i feel nasty. What are the best exercises to work out that stomach. I am joining a gym next month, what machines at the gym will help me work my stomach muscles.
