I guess we can assume that this is not a pin hole but something that water can actually get into or through, caulking and most sealants will only be a temporary fix if the hole is submerged in the water or water is constantly running over it. as some of your of responses have suggested, your best bet would be to use a fiberglass and resin repair kit. sand or etch the edges around the repair and fill the area to be patched, after the repair has cured you can proceed to sand and apply your finish (ex-poxy or porcelain preferred)

OK then get some epoxy patty , you can get this in any supply store like home depot , clean the spot well , sand it around the hole , mix the two part sticks and push it into the hole making the top some what flush but a little bit over to make a good seal , wait till next day to put water in ...

Might want to try getting a new tub... I don't think you can... unless if it's a VERY small hole... than you could just use a sealant... You could try caulking also...

call home depot or other large hardware retailer and ask if they carry bathtub liners. nothing else will work well on an actual hole.

They have this stuff at the hardware store that will fill in chips in the porcelain It should also stop a pinhole leak. It comes in a small toothpaste tube.

if it is a fiberglass tub, look in the yellow pages for tub repairs. they can come in and patch it, smooth it out and colour match it. you won't even know that there was ever a hole!
