I'm trying to find a web site, which has different colorful and blinking words, borders, etc...I need it for my e-bay selling page.Please let me know.

Please don't do that. I absolutely hate sites that blink and make me wait for a bunch of pictures to load that don't relate to what I'm looking for. And don't get me started on the moron that put music on his page. I sure didn't buy his merchandise.
Just take really good pix of your merchandise, that will sell far better than blinks and colors.
